Registration and Transfer of Units. 13.5.1. The Managing General Partner shall cause to be kept at its registered office in Bermuda on behalf of the Partnership a register in which, subject to such reasonable regulations as it may prescribe and subject to the provisions of Section 13.5.2, the Managing General Partner will provide for the registration and transfer of Units. The Partnership shall not recognize transfers of Certificates representing Units unless such transfers are effected in the manner described in this Section 13.5.
