Common use of Registration Data Clause in Contracts

Registration Data. You agree not to create an Account using a false identity or information, or on behalf of someone other than yourself (although this does not prevent you from seeking the assistance of someone else to help set up your Account if needed). (e) You agree that you shall not have more than one Account at any given time. You agree not to create an Account or use TPF Properties if you have been previously removed by TPF, or if you have been previously banned from any of TPF Properties.
