Common use of Registration of Intellectual Property Clause in Contracts

Registration of Intellectual Property. The Chargor shall, if requested by the Security Trustee, execute all such documents and do all acts that the Security Trustee may reasonably require to record the interest of the Security Trustee in any registers relating to any registered Intellectual Property that forms part of the Charged Property.
