Common use of Registration of Transfer of Title Clause in Contracts

Registration of Transfer of Title. Subject to Subsection 4.3.17, upon completion of the survey of the four (4) parcels making up the Jenpeg Site and confirmation by Council Resolution substantially in the form and content of Schedule 4.4 that the lands identified in the plan for transfer are to be transferred to the Community, Manitoba will register, in the appropriate Land Titles Office, a transfer to the Community of fee simple title in relation to the lands.

Subject to Subsection 4.3.174.2.17, upon completion of the survey and a plan of subdivision for the four (4) parcels making up the Jenpeg Sand Bay Site and confirmation by Council Resolution substantially in the form and content of Schedule 4.4 that the lands identified in the plan for transfer are to be transferred to the Community, Manitoba will register, in the appropriate Land Titles Office, a transfer to the Community of fee simple title in relation to the landslands within the plan of subdivision.
