If the Tenant wishes to register a notice of this Lease, the Tenant shall deliver the form of notice to the Landlord for its prior approval, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed. The Tenant agrees that it will, at its sole expense, discharge and withdraw from title any such registration within 30 days after the expiration or sooner termination of this Lease.
