The Corporation may, but shall not be obligated to register or qualify the issuance of Options and/or the sale of Shares under the Act or any other applicable law. The Corporation shall not be obligated to take any affirmative action in order to cause the issuance of Options or the sale of Shares under the plan to comply with any law.
