Registrations under this --------------------------- Section 2 shall be on an appropriate SEC registration form (i) that is selected by the Company and is reasonably acceptable to the Initiating Holder and (ii) that permits the disposition of such Registrable Securities in accordance with the intended method or methods of disposition specified in the Initiating Holder's request for such Demand Registration.
