Additionally, the Company agrees, in connection with the Offering, that it shall comply with the provisions of Rules 424(b), 430A, 430B, and 430C, as applicable, under the Securities Act, including with respect to the timely filing of documents thereunder, and will use its reasonable efforts to confirm that any filings made by the Company under such Rule 424(b) are received in a timely manner by the Commission.
