Regular and Probationary Sample Clauses

The 'Regular and Probationary' clause defines the distinction between regular employees and those serving a probationary period within an organization. Typically, this clause outlines the duration of probation, the criteria for assessment, and the rights or benefits that apply to each category of employee. For example, probationary employees may have limited benefits or different notice requirements compared to regular staff. The core function of this clause is to clarify employment status, set expectations for new hires, and provide a structured process for evaluating suitability before granting full employment status.
