Regular and Special Education Clause Samples

The 'Regular and Special Education' clause defines the responsibilities and procedures for providing both standard educational services and specialized support to students with disabilities or special needs. It typically outlines how students are identified for special education, the process for developing individualized education programs (IEPs), and the integration of these students into regular classrooms when appropriate. By establishing clear guidelines for accommodating diverse learning requirements, this clause ensures that all students receive appropriate educational opportunities and that schools comply with legal obligations regarding special education.
