Regular Duties. During the Employment Period, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ will continue to perform such duties and have such powers as are customary for the chief executive officer, president and general counsel of publicly-held corporations of a size and engaging in a business comparable to REFAC. In addition, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ will provide services in accordance with any consulting agreement that REFAC may enter into with any entity, including any of its affiliates or any company in which REFAC or any of its affiliates may have a present or potential interest.
