The Regular Review Meetings clause establishes a requirement for the parties to meet at predetermined intervals to discuss the progress and performance of their ongoing relationship or project. Regular Review Meetings. The Unilever Affiliate and the JDI Affiliate in each Territory shall from time to time (and at least once in each calendar year) upon reasonable notice given by such Unilever Affiliate attend a review meeting at which the Parties may discuss issues relating to the operation of this agreement in such Territory and the Unilever Affiliate in such Territory may, amongst other things: (A) notify the JDI Affiliate in such Territory of any new advertising strategy, promotional strategy and/or Marketing Mix determined for such Territory under clause 5.3(A); (B) notify such JDI Affiliate of any new Price Range applicable to such Territory in accordance with clause 5.7; (C) notify such JDI Affiliate of the Budget for such Territory for the period specified in such Budget; and (D) discuss with such JDI Affiliate how to implement any applicable advertising strategy, promotional strategy, Marketing Mix and/or Price Range in such Territory in relation to Customers or types of Customer and how such JDI Affiliate will from time to time comply with its obligations under clause 6.6(B).

  • Review Meetings During the review meetings the Project Managers shall discuss progress made by the Contractor in the performance of this Contract. Each party shall provide a status report, as desired by a Project Manager, listing any problem or concern encountered since the last meeting. Records of such reports and other communications issued in writing during the course of Contract performance shall be maintained by each party.

  • Business Review Meetings In order to maintain the relationship between the Department and the Contractor, each quarter the Department may request a business review meeting.
