Regular Salary. The salary of an employee as stated in the appropriate schedule and step. All activities involved with the creation of the schedule of classes. An individual whose primary purpose is educational training, including graduate assistants or associates, residents, interns or other students working as part-time public employees less than fifty percent of the normal year.
