Regular-Seasonal-B. 1. A Regular Seasonal-B employee can displace a temporary employee in an equal or lower Job Grouping in his/her occupational group within his/her worksite/centre. 2. If 1. above is not available, a regular seasonal-B employee can displace an agency employee in an equal or lower Job Grouping in his/her occupational group within his/her worksite/centre. 3. If 2. above is not available, employment is terminated.
