Regular Teaching Contracts. All teachers employed by the Board to perform regular duties shall be issued written contracts in accordance with provisions of the Ohio Revised Code. Said contracts shall include the following information: Name of teacher; name of school district; type of contract (limited or continuing), if limited the number of years I the contract; annual compensation to be paid during the year of issuance of the contract; basis of determining the compensation (i.e. classroom teacher, B.S Degree and 5 years teaching experience); frequency of salary payments (i.e. 26 equal pays); statement that all necessary implementing procedures have been completed by the Board prior to issuance of the contract; provision that a copy of said contract shall be made available to any teacher upon request; that issuance of renewal or limited contracts or continuing contracts shall be effected no later than May 15th or the last day of school of each year, whichever comes later; that said contract shall contain signatures of the Board President, the Board Treasurer, and the teacher along with the date of issuance.
