Regulated Data. “Regulated Data” means information Arctic Wolf is required by law, government or in accordance with regulatory requirements to retain for a defined period of time, and including any information related to ▇▇▇▇▇▇ payment activities. Such Regulated Data will be retained in accordance with Arctic Wolf’s standard information retention practices and used in accordance with the Privacy Notice. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Arctic Wolf should not be relied upon as Customer’s source for such information and Customer is solely responsible for maintaining its own copies of any Regulated Data in order to ensure compliance with its specific legal and regulatory requirements.
