Common use of Regulated Materials Clause in Contracts

Regulated Materials. a. Seller shall provide specific information to UCSD’s Office of Environmental Health and Safety (or equivalent) whenever a Regulated Material is purchased. b. If an order is placed for Regulated Material, the Seller is required to provide UCSD’s Office of Environmental Health and Safety (or equivalent) the following information: i. Name of purchaser, department, address and phone number ii. Identification and description of the Regulated Material iii. Quantity of each Regulated Material iv. CAS Number of Regulated Material
