Common use of Regulatory Approvals; No Burdensome Condition Clause in Contracts

Regulatory Approvals; No Burdensome Condition. All consents and approvals of a Governmental Authority required to consummate the transactions contemplated hereby shall have been obtained and shall remain in full force and effect and all statutory waiting periods in respect thereof shall have expired A-37 or been terminated. None of such regulatory approvals shall impose any term, condition or restriction upon Buyer or any of its Subsidiaries that Buyer reasonably determines is a Burdensome Condition.
