Common use of Regulatory Change Clause in Contracts

Regulatory Change. With respect to any Lender, any change after the date of this Agreement in any law, rule or regulation (including without limitation Regulation D) of the United States, any state or any other nation or political subdivision thereof, including without limitation the issuance of any final regulations or guidelines, or the adoption or making after the date of this Agreement of any interpretation, directive or request, applying to a class of banks in which such Lender is included under any such law, rule or regulation (whether or not having the force of law and whether or not failure to comply therewith would be unlawful) by any court or governmental or monetary authority charged with the interpretation thereof.
