Regulatory Data and Regulatory Materials. Lilly shall use [***] to provide Licensee with such Regulatory Materials and Regulatory Data as set forth on Schedule C in the current “as-is” form and format [***]after the Effective Date. Licensee may only use the Regulatory Materials and Regulatory Data provided by L▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ in accordance with the rights granted to Licensee under Section 2.1.
