Common use of Regulatory Filing Obligations Clause in Contracts

Regulatory Filing Obligations. (a) Except as otherwise set forth in this Agreement or the Technology Transfer Agreement, each Party will be responsible for all routine filings and communications with Regulatory Authorities (“Regulatory Filings”) required for that Party’s Regulatory Obligations hereunder.
