Regulatory Notices. The following two sentences replace the last sentence of Section 16.4: "If Sprint PCS chooses to respond to such communications and complaints, Manager will not respond to them without the consent of Sprint PCS. Sprint PCS will bear the cost of responding to any such communications and complaints unless (1) such response is primarily the result of Manager acts or omissions that constitute negligence, willful misconduct, or breach of any provision of this agreement, or (2) if Manager's response is not requested by Sprint PCS."
