Common use of Regulatory Notices Clause in Contracts

Regulatory Notices. Promptly after any Responsible Officer of the Guarantor obtains knowledge thereof: 17.6.1 a copy of any notice from the Bermuda Minister of Finance or the Registrar of Companies or any other person of the revocation, the suspension or the placing of any restriction or condition on the registration as an insurer of any Obligor under the Bermuda Insurance Act 1978 (and related regulations) or of the institution of any proceeding or investigation which could result in any such revocation, suspension or placing of such a restriction or condition; 17.6.2 copies of any correspondence by, to or concerning any Obligor relating to an investigation conducted by the Bermuda Minister of Finance, whether pursuant to Section 132 of the Bermuda Companies Act 1981 (and related regulations) or otherwise; and 17.6.3 a copy of any notice of or requesting or otherwise relating to the winding-up or any similar proceeding of or with respect to any Obligor.
