Regulatory Responsibility. NIBEC shall have primary responsibility for all communications with Regulatory Authorities in the Territory concerning the Licensed Product, but shall provide KEYSTONE DENTAL with copies of all filings, communications or other correspondence with any Regulatory Authority promptly after receipt.
