Common use of Regulatory Responsibility Clause in Contracts

Regulatory Responsibility. As set forth and subject to the provisions under the Supply Agreement, the Parties hereby reiterate that Centogene shall solely bear the responsibility that the regulatory requirements for importation and distribution of the Contract DBS Test Kits within the agreed countries of the Territory (as defined in the Supply Agreement) are met. Centogene will (continue to) indemnify the Shire Group Companies in the event of any Losses as defined in the Supply Agreement resulting from the activities and obligations referred to in the preceding sentence.
