Common use of Regulatory Restriction Clause in Contracts

Regulatory Restriction. All regulatory approvals and licenses necessary to the execution, delivery and performance of the Agreement and the Loan Documents shall have been obtained and be in full force and effect and such execution, delivery and performance shall not be prohibited or restricted in any material way pursuant to any law or regulation.
