Rehearsal Conditions. (a) During pre-season Rehearsal Weeks, there shall be no more than six (6) hours of rehearsal scheduled daily and compensated by the weekly salary. (b) All APPRENTICE ARTISTS shall have a five (5) minute break within each hour of rehearsal and/or training. Breaks may be combined to equal fifteen (15) minutes after ninety (90) minutes of rehearsals but under no circumstances may an ARTIST rehearse more than ninety (90) minutes without a break. (c) Rehearsals during Performance Weeks shall be limited to: three (3) hours on performance days, six (6) hours on non-performance days.
