Rehearsal Spaces. The Producer agrees not to rehearse in any space that has not been previously inspected and approved by a representative of Actors’ Equity. Rehearsal Spaces shall include: (1) Heat and air-conditioning as necessary. (2) One private toilet for each gender. (3) Adequate wash basins with adequate hot and cold water.
