Common use of REHEARSALS DURING PERFORMANCE WEEKS Clause in Contracts

REHEARSALS DURING PERFORMANCE WEEKS. After a production has opened, the EMPLOYER shall be entitled to not more than four (4) hours of rehearsal for such production during a Performance Week without additional compensation to ARTISTS. No rehearsals shall be scheduled within two (2) hours of any ARTIST’S make-up call prior to a dress rehearsal or performance, except in emergency cases or unless requested by the ARTIST. All hours of rehearsal scheduled in excess of the four (4) hours permitted above shall be paid at the hourly rehearsal rate indicated in each ARTISTS’ Section, as applicable.
