Common use of Reimbursement by Union Clause in Contracts

Reimbursement by Union. The Union agrees to reimburse any employee for the amount of any dues deducted by the Employer and paid to the Union whenever the deduction is in excess of the proper deduction, and agrees to defend and to hold the Employer harmless from all claims of excessive or improper dues deduction.
