REIMBURSEMENT LIMITATIONS. Cumulative annual reimbursements of expenses for equipment, supplies, and services will not exceed the COMMISSION approved annual authorized budget for each category of equipment, supplies, and services unless prior written approval is received from the COMMISSION. Operator assumes liability for all expenses in excess of the approved budget.
