REIMBURSEMENT OF ELIGIBLE EXPENDITURES Clause Samples

The "Reimbursement of Eligible Expenditures" clause defines the process by which a party can recover costs that qualify under the terms of an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines what types of expenses are considered eligible, the documentation required for reimbursement (such as receipts or invoices), and the timeframe within which claims must be submitted. Its core practical function is to ensure that parties are fairly compensated for approved out-of-pocket costs incurred during the performance of contractual obligations, thereby providing financial clarity and reducing disputes over expense recovery.
