Reimbursement of Expenses and Miscellaneous Service Fees. In addition to all fees, expenses and miscellaneous fees or charges provided for under the Agreement, BISYS shall be entitled to receive from the Company the amounts set forth on Exhibit C hereto, reflecting the amounts charged by BISYS for the performance of delegated services under this Amendment with respect to the Company's AML Program.
