REIMBURSEMENT OF FEES AND COSTS. The Parties acknowledge that ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and her counsel offered to reach preliminary agreement on the material terms of this dispute before reaching terms on the amount of fees and costs to be reimbursed to them. The Parties thereafter reached an accord on the compensation due to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and her counsel under general contract principles and the private attorney general doctrine and principles codified at California Code of Civil Procedure § 1021.5, for all work performed through the mutual execution of this agreement. Under these legal principles, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall reimburse ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s counsel for fees and costs incurred as a result of investigating and bringing this matter to Lassip’s attention, and negotiating a settlement in the public interest. Within ten (10) days of the Effective Date, Lassip shall issue a check payable to “▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ & ▇▇▇▇▇” in the amount of $12,500.00 for delivery to the address identified in § 3.2(a)(i), above.

REIMBURSEMENT OF FEES AND COSTS. The Parties reached an accord on the compensation due to Ecological and its counsel under the private attorney general doctrine and principles of contract law. Under these legal principles, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall reimburse Ecological's counsel for fees and costs, incurred as a result of investigating and bringing this matter to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇'▇ attention. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall pay Ecological's counsel $10,000 for all attorneys' fees, expert and investigation fees, and related costs associated with this matter and the Notice.

REIMBURSEMENT OF FEES AND COSTS. In settlement of the claims referred to in this Settlement Agreement, $20,500.00 of the Payment shall be considered reimbursement of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ attorneys' fees, expert and investigation fees, and related costs associated with the claims referred to in this Settlement Agreement.

REIMBURSEMENT OF FEES AND COSTS. In settlement of all the claims referred to in this Settlement Agreement, $26,000.00 shall be considered reimbursement of KASB’s attorneys' fees, expert and investigation fees, and related costs associated with this matter and the Notice. Within eight (8) days of the Effective Date, AEI shall issue one check payable to “▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ APC” in the amount of sixteen thousand dollars ($16,000.00) and deliver it to the address identified in § 3.2(a)(iii), above.

REIMBURSEMENT OF FEES AND COSTS. The parties acknowledge that DiPirro and his counsel offered to resolve this dispute without reaching terms on the amount of fees and costs to be reimbursed to them, thereby leaving this fee issue to be resolved after the material terms of the agreement had been settled. The Noticed Party then expressed a desire to resolve the fee and cost issue shortly after the other settlement terms had been finalized. The parties then attempted to (and did) reach an accord on the compensation due to DiPirro and his counsel under general contract principles and the private attorney general doctrine codified at California Code of Civil Procedure § 1021.5, for all work performed through the mutual execution of this agreement. The Noticed Party shall pay a total of $44,500 for fees and costs incurred as a result of investigating, working with toxicology experts, bringing this matter to the Noticed Party’s attention, document preparation, and negotiating a settlement in the public interest.

REIMBURSEMENT OF FEES AND COSTS. The parties acknowledge that ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and his counsel offered to resolve this dispute without reaching terms on the amount of fees and costs to be reimbursed to them, thereby leaving this fee issue to be resolved after the material terms of the agreement had been settled. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ then expressed a desire to resolve the fee and cost issue shortly after the other settlement terms had been finalized. Homestead shall pay $22,750 for fees and costs incurred as a result of investigating, bringing this matter to Homestead’s attention, and negotiating a settlement in the public interest. Homestead shall make the check payable to “The Chanler Group” and shall deliver payment on or before the Effective Date, to the address listed in Section 3.3.1 above.

Within thirty (30) days of the Effective Date, j/fit shall issue a check payable to “▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ & ▇▇▇▇▇, LLC” in the amount of $14,000.00 for delivery to the address identified in § 3.2(a)(i), above.
