Reinstatements Clause Samples
The Reinstatements clause defines the conditions under which a previously terminated or lapsed agreement, policy, or right can be restored to its original status. Typically, this clause outlines the process for reinstatement, such as the requirements for submitting a request, paying any outstanding amounts, or meeting specific conditions within a set timeframe. Its core practical function is to provide a clear mechanism for parties to recover their rights or coverage after a lapse, thereby reducing uncertainty and offering a path to remedy unintentional lapses or terminations.
