Common use of Reissuance of Certificates Clause in Contracts

Reissuance of Certificates. In the event of a conversion or redemption pursuant to this Certificate of Designations of less than all of the Series H Preferred Shares represented by a particular Preferred Stock Certificate, the Company shall promptly cause to be issued and delivered to the holder of such Series H Preferred Shares a Preferred Stock Certificate representing the remaining Series H Preferred Shares which have not been so converted or redeemed.
