Common use of REIT Share Purchases Clause in Contracts

REIT Share Purchases. If the General Partner acquires additional REIT Shares pursuant to Article IX of the REIT Charter, the Partnership shall purchase from the General Partner that number of Partnership Units determined by applying the Conversion Multiple to the number of REIT Shares purchased by the General Partner at the same price and on the same terms as those upon which the General Partner purchased such REIT Shares. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
