Common use of Rejected Payments Clause in Contracts

Rejected Payments. When you send a payment to a third party through our Services, the recipient is not required to accept the payment, even if the recipient is also a registered User. The recipient may return the payment or, in some cases, use our Services to reject payments that you send. Any payments sent through our Services that are rejected or unclaimed by a recipient will if possible be returned to you as soon as reasonably practicable after the date the payment is rejected and the Digital Assets or funds are returned and received by us. Our standard fees apply for such transactions. You agree that you will not hold us liable for any damages resulting from such rejected transactions.
