Common use of Rejection Notice Clause in Contracts

Rejection Notice. If a Rejection Notice is issued by the Customer in respect of any Goods, in addition to any other rights the Customer may have under the Customer Contract or by law, the Supplier must, at the Customer's option: immediately refund any moneys paid in advance for the Goods (if applicable); or immediately replace the Goods at the Supplier’s cost.
