Rejection of Payment Orders. We may in our discretion reject a payment order for any reason, including without limitation in the case of insufficient or inconsistent data, questionable authority, suspected fraud or illegal activity, insufficient funds, or setoff claims by us or third party claims against your funds. If we reject or fail to execute a payment order of yours, we will use reasonable efforts to promptly notify you of the rejection orally, electronically, in writing, or using any other method we choose.
