Common use of Rejection of Payment Orders Clause in Contracts

Rejection of Payment Orders. The Bank reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject any payment order for any reason and you agree that the Bank shall incur no liability whatsoever to you or any third party because of any such rejection. In the event that the Bank elects to reject a payment order, the Bank will notify you of the rejection.
