Relation between the Parties. The Parties unconditionally agree and understand that this Contract is on a principal to principal basis and does not create and shall not be deemed to create any employer- employee or a principal-agent relationship between as between the Authority and the Contractor or its Personnel. The Contractor, subject to this Contract, have complete charge of personnel undertaking the works and shall be fully responsible for the works performed by them or on their behalf hereunder. None of the Parties shall be entitled to, by act, word, or deed or otherwise, make any statement on behalf of the other Party or in any manner bind the other Party or hold out or represent that it is representing or acting as an agent of the other Party.
