Common use of Relation to Applicable Law Clause in Contracts

Relation to Applicable Law. The provisions of Sections 8.4, 8.5 and 8.6 of this Attachment with regard to the confidentiality of information shall be in addition to and not in derogation of any provisions of Applicable Law with regard to the confidentiality of information, including, but not limited to, 47 U.S.C. § 222, and are not intended to constitute a waiver by Frontier of any right with regard to protection of the confidentiality of the information of Frontier or Frontier Customers provided by Applicable Law.

Relation to Applicable Law. 7.9.1 The provisions of Sections 8.47.3, 8.5 and 8.6 7.4 or 7.8 of this Attachment with regard to the confidentiality of information shall be in addition to and not in derogation of any provisions of Applicable Law with regard to the confidentiality of information, including, but not limited to, 47 U.S.C. § 222, and are not intended to constitute a waiver by Frontier of any right with regard to protection of the confidentiality of the information of Frontier or Frontier Customers provided by Applicable Law.

Relation to Applicable Law. 6.9.1 The provisions of Sections 8.46.3, 8.5 and 8.6 6.4 or 6.8 of this Attachment with regard to the confidentiality of information shall be in addition to and not in derogation of any provisions of Applicable Law with regard to the confidentiality of information, including, but not limited to, 47 U.S.C. § 222, and are not intended to constitute a waiver by Frontier of any right with regard to protection of the confidentiality of the information of Frontier or Frontier Customers provided by Applicable Law.

Relation to Applicable Law. 7.8.1 The provisions of Sections 8.47.3, 8.5 and 8.6 7.4 or 7.7 of this Attachment with regard to the confidentiality of information shall be in addition to and not in derogation of any provisions of Applicable Law with regard to the confidentiality of information, including, but not limited to, 47 U.S.C. § 222, and are not intended to constitute a waiver by Frontier of any right with regard to protection of the confidentiality of the information of Frontier or Frontier Customers provided by Applicable Law.

The provisions of Sections 8.47.4, 8.5 7.5 and 8.6 7.6 of this Attachment with regard to the confidentiality of information shall be in addition to and not in derogation of any provisions of Applicable Law with regard to the confidentiality of information, including, but not limited to, 47 U.S.C. § 222, and are not intended to constitute a waiver by Frontier PRTC of any right with regard to protection of the confidentiality of the information of Frontier PRTC or Frontier PRTC Customers provided by Applicable Law.

Relation to Applicable Law. The provisions of Sections 8.459.4, 8.5 59.5 and 8.6 of this Attachment 59.7 above with regard to the confidentiality of information shall be in addition to and not in derogation of any provisions of Applicable Law with regard to the confidentiality of information, including, but not limited to, 47 U.S.C. § 222, and are not intended to constitute a waiver by Frontier ALLTEL of any right with regard to protection of the confidentiality of the information of Frontier ALLTEL or Frontier ALLTEL Customers provided by Applicable Law.
