Common use of Relation to Existing Indenture Clause in Contracts

Relation to Existing Indenture. This Fourth Supplemental Indenture constitutes a part of the Indenture (the provisions of which, as modified by this Fourth Supplemental Indenture, shall apply to the Notes) in respect of the Notes, and shall not modify, amend or otherwise affect the Existing Indenture insofar as it relates to any other series of Securities or affect in any manner the terms and conditions of the Securities of any other series.
