Relation to Indenture Definitions. SECTION 1.01. This Supplemental Indenture No. 4 constitutes an integral part of the Indenture. (a) For all purposes of this Supplemental Indenture No. 4, except as otherwise expressly provided or unless the context otherwise requires, all capitalized terms used and not defined herein shall have the meanings assigned to them in the Indenture or in Exhibits A and B hereto.
