Common use of Relation to other Chapters Clause in Contracts

Relation to other Chapters. 1. Except for this Chapter, Chapters 1 (Initial Provisions), 2 (General Definitions), 20 (Institutional Arrangements), 21 (Dispute Settlement), and 23 (Final Provisions), no provision of this Agreement shall impose any obligation on a Party regarding its immigration measures. 2. Nothing in this Chapter shall be construed to impose obligations or commitments with respect to other Chapters of this Agreement.

Relation to other Chapters. 1. Except for this Chapter, Chapters 1 (Initial 1(General Provisions), 2 (General 2(General Definitions), 20 (Institutional Arrangements), 21 (Dispute 20(Dispute Settlement), ) and 23 (22(Administration and Final Provisions), no provision of and Articles 19.2, 19.3 and 19.4, nothing in this Agreement shall impose any obligation on a Party regarding its immigration measures. 2. Nothing in this Chapter shall be construed to impose obligations or commitments with respect to other Chapters of this Agreement.

Except for this Chapter, Chapters Chapter 1 (Initial Provisions), 2 (Objectives and General Definitions), 20 (Institutional Arrangements), 21 Chapter 16 (Dispute Settlement), and 23 Chapter 17 (Final Provisions) and Article 9 (Transparency) of Chapter 7 (Cross-Border Trade in Services), no provision of this Agreement thisAgreement shall impose any obligation on a Party regarding its immigration measures. 2. Nothing in this Chapter shall be construed to impose obligations or commitments with respect to other Chapters of this Agreement.
