Common use of Relation to Other Security Documents Clause in Contracts

Relation to Other Security Documents. Concurrently herewith each Grantor is also executing and delivering to the Secured Party the Trademark Security Agreement pursuant to which such Grantor is assigning to the Secured Party certain Collateral consisting of trademarks, service marks and trademark and service m▇▇▇ rights, together with the goodwill appurtenant thereto. The provisions of the Trademark Security Agreement are supplemental to the provisions of this Agreement and nothing contained in the Trademark Security Agreement shall derogate from any of the rights or remedies of the Secured Party hereunder. Nor will anything contained in the Trademark Security Agreement be deemed to prevent or extend the time of attachment or perfection of any security interest in such Collateral created hereby.
