Common use of Relation to Subordination Provisions Clause in Contracts

Interest Drawings under the Liquidity Facilities and withdrawals from the Cash Collateral Accounts, in each case, in respect of interest on the Certificates of any Class, will be distributed to the Trustee for such Class of Certificates, notwithstanding Sections 2.01(b) and 3.02.

Interest Drawings under the Primary Liquidity Facilities and withdrawals from the Primary Cash Collateral Accounts relating to such Primary Liquidity Facilities and the Above-Cap Accounts, in each case, in respect of interest on the Certificates of any Class, will be distributed to the Trustee for such Class of Certificates, notwithstanding Sections 2.01(b) 2.4, 3.2 and 3.023.3 hereof.

Interest Drawings under the Primary Liquidity Facilities and withdrawals from the Cash Collateral Accounts relating to such Primary Liquidity Facilities and the Above-Cap Accounts, in each case, in respect of interest on the Certificates of any Class, will be distributed to the Trustee for such Class of Certificates, notwithstanding Sections 2.01(b) 2.4, 3.2 and 3.023.3 hereof.

Interest Drawings under the Liquidity Facilities and withdrawals from the Cash Collateral Accounts, in each case, in respect of interest on the Certificates of any Class, will be distributed to the Trustee for such Class of Certificates, notwithstanding Sections 2.01(b‎2.01(b) and 3.02‎3.02.
