Relation to Subordination Provisions. Interest Drawings under the Liquidity Facilities and withdrawals from the Cash Accounts, in each case, in respect of interest on the Pass Through Certificates of any Class, will be distributed to the Pass Through Trustee for such Class of Pass Through Certificates, notwithstanding Sections 3.2, 3.3 and 3.6(h) hereof.
