Relation to Third Parties. 10.4.1 Without prior consent, the Parties agree to not provide any information and/or make any statements to third parties regarding the contents of the Agreement or the partnership between the Partner and Tiqets. 10.4.2 The Partner is not allowed to transfer the Agreement and the terms and conditions included therein to a third party without the prior express written consent of Tiqets. Tiqets will be authorized to transfer the Agreement and the terms and conditions included therein to a third party that acquires the business operations to which the Agreement is subject.
